These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the User") and MyShopRender ("we", "us", "the Service"), MyShopRender Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17225592).
By creating an account, accessing the service, or using the browser extension in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use MyShopRender. Your continued use of the service following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
MyShopRender provides a browser extension (Chrome and Firefox) and supporting cloud infrastructure that uses AI to generate draft listing copy — including titles, descriptions, and tags — from product photos you provide. The extension fills listing form fields on supported marketplace websites and saves the content as a draft. MyShopRender never publishes, submits, or finalises any listing without your explicit review and manual action.
Supported platforms currently include Etsy, eBay, Depop, Vinted, and Shopify (Shopify on Chrome and Edge). Platform availability may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific platform will remain supported.
MyShopRender is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or certified by Etsy, eBay, Depop, Vinted, or any other marketplace. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. No partnership, agency, or joint venture is created by these Terms.
The listing copy generated by MyShopRender is produced by an AI system and is provided strictly as a draft starting point. By using the service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely and exclusively responsible for reviewing every piece of AI-generated content before it is published. By publishing a listing, you confirm that you have reviewed it, that it is accurate, and that you take full responsibility for its content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of MyShopRender and any listings you publish comply with the terms of service, policies, and rules of any marketplace on which you sell. We make no representation that use of MyShopRender will comply with the terms of any marketplace, and we expressly disclaim any liability arising from:
Marketplace terms of service change frequently and without notice. It is your responsibility to monitor and comply with the policies of any platform you use.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your session. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, without prior notice or liability, where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, misused the service, provided false information, or engaged in conduct harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

Any breach of this section entitles us to immediately suspend or terminate your account and, where appropriate, pursue legal remedies.
MyShopRender is offered on a prepaid monthly subscription basis. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are denominated in British Pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated below.
We will consider a refund or account credit only where a verified technical fault on our part rendered the service entirely unusable for a continuous period of 48 hours or more within a paid billing period. To request a refund under this provision, you must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the incident with sufficient detail to allow investigation.
No refund will be issued in any of the following circumstances:
The service is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, we shall not be liable to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following, even if we were advised of the possibility of such loss:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service — regardless of the cause of action — is limited to the total subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Any claim against us must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which you first became aware (or ought reasonably to have become aware) of the relevant event. Claims brought after this period are absolutely time-barred.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyShopRender, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
The listing copy generated by the service from your photos is provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of the generated output. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
All rights in MyShopRender's software, source code, design, branding, documentation, and underlying systems are reserved. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyShopRender with respect to the service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
You confirm that you have not relied on any representation, statement, or promise not expressly set out in these Terms in deciding to use the service or enter into this agreement. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide 30 days' notice and pro-rate a refund for any unexpired paid subscription period.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of third-party infrastructure providers, AI API providers (including Anthropic), payment processors, cloud hosting platforms, internet service providers, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances we will endeavour to restore the service as quickly as reasonably practicable.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where necessary.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
