eBay
There are now more AI listing tools for eBay than good reasons to pay for one. The right choice comes down to two questions: do you only sell on eBay, and is writing the listing the slow part or keeping track of stock?
If you only sell on eBay, try eBay's own AI bulk listing tool in Seller Hub first. It is built in, it turns batches of photos into drafts, and eBay lists no separate charge for it. Pay for a tool only when you sell on more than one marketplace, or need inventory kept in sync across them.
eBay's AI bulk listing tool lives in Seller Hub. You upload photos and it creates draft listings with a suggested category, title and item specifics. eBay UK says it "can process hundreds of photos per batch" and is "available for all categories". Every result is a draft, so nothing goes live until you publish it.
For an eBay-only seller this is hard to beat on price, and it is the obvious place to start. Its limit is the obvious one too: it only lists on eBay. If the same jumper is also going to Vinted or Depop, you are writing it again there.
Crosslisters are inventory tools. You create an item once in their app and post it to several marketplaces. Some will also remove it from the others when it sells: Vendoo on every plan, List Perfectly on its Pro Plus plan. Most now include an AI writer, usually on the middle plans and with a monthly allowance.
If your problem is keeping 300 items in step across five marketplaces, this is the category you need, and the AI is a bonus. If your problem is that writing listings takes too long, you may be paying for inventory software you will not use.
The third kind of tool skips the inventory and does one job: it turns photos into a finished listing inside the marketplace's own form. That is what MyShopRender does.
What it does not do: it does not track inventory, and it will not delist an item on Vinted when it sells on eBay. If you need that, you need a crosslister.

Where do you sell?eBay only: start with eBay's own tool. Several marketplaces: you need either a crosslister or a tool that drafts on each one.
What is slow: writing, or keeping track? If writing listings is the bottleneck, buy a writer. If sold items staying live elsewhere is the problem, buy a crosslister.
Count what you actually list.AI allowances are monthly. Compare the allowance with your real numbers, not the price on its own.
Test on awkward items.Every tool looks good on a branded trainer. Try your oddest stock and check the category it picks.
Add photos, press Generate, and a finished draft waits in your eBay account. Free accounts include 5 listings with no card, while early-access places last.

eBay does not list a separate charge for it. It sits inside Seller Hub, and normal eBay selling fees apply when a listing goes live.
eBay builds AI listing tools itself, so using AI is not the issue. Accuracy is. A wrong condition or a wrong item specific is your responsibility whoever wrote it.
Only if you sell the same items on several marketplaces and need a sold item removed everywhere else. If you only want listings written, you do not need inventory software.
Treat any AI price as a starting point. Check sold listings for the same item before you publish.
