Comparison

Looking for a Crosslist alternative?

Crosslist is the closest thing to us on unattended batch, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The differences are what the AI costs, where you are allowed to use it, and what you are left with at the end of a run.

Credit where it is due

Crosslist documents genuine step-away batch posting: you select your listings, start a bulk post, and their queuing system works through them in the background while you get on with something else. Their AI also reads your photos and writes titles, descriptions and attributes. On the two things we usually lead with, they are a real competitor and you should evaluate them properly.

Three differences that decide it

1. Their AI is a paid add-on

AI listing generation costs an extra $4.99 a month on top of every Crosslist tier. On MyShopRender there is no separate AI charge — the AI is the product, and it is included on the free trial.

2. Not available in the EU

Crosslist states it is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, and that it does not support users residing in the European Union. MyShopRender has no such restriction.

3. It publishes; we leave a draft

Crosslist saves drafts in its own inventory and then autoposts them live to the marketplace. MyShopRender fills the marketplace’s own form and saves a native draft in your account — nothing goes live until you press Publish.

And one on price

Their cheapest plan is $29.99/mo before the AI add-on. Ours is £9/mo with AI included, and free to try with no card.

If you want your listings to go live automatically at the end of a run, Crosslist does that and we deliberately do not. Draft-only is a hard constraint in MyShopRender, not a setting — which is the right answer for some sellers and the wrong one for others.

Why draft-only, and why it is not just caution

AI-written listings are good, not perfect. On a marketplace, a wrong category or an overstated condition is not a typo — it is a return, a case, or a policy strike. Leaving a native draft means the last set of eyes on every listing is yours, and the fix costs you five seconds in a form you already know.

It also means you are never locked in. The drafts sit in your Etsy or eBay account. There is no catalogue to export and nothing to migrate if you stop using us.

Most tools hand you text. This one finishes the job.

Drop in your photos. MyShopRender writes each listing, fills the marketplace’s own form and leaves a draft in your account. Five listings free, no card, AI included.

Questions

I am in the EU. Can I use MyShopRender?

Yes. MyShopRender is a UK company and has no regional restriction on who can use it. Crosslist states it does not support users residing in the European Union.

Does MyShopRender use the eBay API?

No. No API, no OAuth, no access token, no password. The extension fills eBay’s own listing form inside your logged-in browser session, the same way you would by hand.

Is MyShopRender a crosslister?

No. A crosslister copies one item to several marketplaces. MyShopRender takes photos of different items and writes a separate listing for each. If copying one item to eleven marketplaces is what you need, Crosslist does that and we do not.

What does it cost to find out?

Nothing. Five AI listings free, no card, and the AI is not an add-on.
